From July 1, 2026, three PID codes are mandatory for each EU import with intrinsic value <=EUR150: Merchant PID, Non-standardised Manufacturer PID, and Standardised Manufacturer PID. Missing any code means customs clearance will be refused. FedEx recommends providing codes from June 15, 2026 on commercial invoices. B2B VAT-registered imports are exempt.
