FedEx® Automated Pickup is now available in Japan. Enrolled shippers can automatically schedule a pickup simply by creating and transmitting a shipment via a compatible automation solution (FedEx Ship Manager™ at fedex.com, FedEx Ship Manager Lite, FedEx Web Services, or FedEx API) before the designated daily cutoff time. The service is free, and enrolled shippers receive daily email notifications about pickup status. Eligible customers must use a FedEx automation solution and have a FedEx account with a single pickup location.
